Earnings are based on listening minutes from OhCleo's global subscriber base. Creators can also earn from Gems (■) and Premium Unlocks (locked audio/voice notes).

Revenue is distributed monthly based on user listening behavior. Creators are paid for the previous month in the first week of the following month. Gems are credited immediately and available for withdrawal within 5 business days. Premium unlocks are also credited instantly.

OhCleo may delay payments due to fraud, disputes, missing tax info, or compliance issues. We will inform you if delays occur.

• OhCleo keeps 30% of subscription revenue
• The remaining 70% is split between creators based on listening behavior
• For Gems and Premium Unlocks, creators receive 80%

Creators must provide accurate tax details. OhCleo handles VAT/GST/sales tax as required. Tax is added to user purchases and remitted by OhCleo.

Creators are responsible for personal tax declarations in their jurisdiction.

Creators are responsible for the legality, originality, and compliance of their content. All featured performers and contributors must be 18 years of age or older.

OhCleo enforces strict moderation and verification procedures for all uploaded material to ensure it complies with applicable laws and community standards. Creators must confirm their age and identity before gaining upload access, and OhCleo maintains verification records in line with international best practices and, where applicable, 18 U.S.C. §2257.

While OhCleo does not produce or distribute visual explicit content, our age-verification and record-keeping processes meet or exceed the intent of 2257 compliance standards. Violations of these rules may result in content removal or account suspension.

Users subscribe to OhCleo to access premium audio. Subscriptions are recurring unless canceled. You must be 18+.

Users can support creators by sending Gems or purchasing Premium Unlocks.

Please report suspicious activity using the in-app tools.

• $6/month (monthly)
• $15 for 3 months ($5/month)
• $25 for 6 months ($4.16/month)

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the chosen plan (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month). Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle.

Users may cancel anytime in account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds are available within 14 days if unused or in cases of accidental billing.

Refunds for Gems or premium unlocks are not available once accessed.

We want every purchase on OhCleo to feel fair, transparent, and secure. Because our content is digital and instantly accessible, refunds are only granted under specific circumstances.

Refunds

All sales on OhCleo are final once content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.

This includes subscriptions, Gems, and pay-per-listen content.

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, consumed content, or Gems already unlocked.

Refunds may only be issued in limited cases, such as:

• Verified duplicate charges
• Confirmed technical errors or service malfunctions

We aim to respond to all refund-related inquiries within 24 business hours.

Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback without contacting OhCleo support first may result in account suspension.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are considered a breach of our Terms of Service.

Accounts involved in chargeback abuse or repeated disputes may be permanently terminated.

We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly — please reach out before filing a dispute.

Fraud & Misuse Monitoring

OhCleo actively monitors all accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity, including:

• Unusual login patterns
• Rapid or automated content access
• Use of stolen payment information or underage access

If fraud or misuse is suspected, OhCleo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, reverse transactions, and cooperate with relevant authorities.

Users found in violation of these Terms may forfeit access and any associated fees.

Illegal or non-consensual content

If any illegal or non-consensual content is reported, it will be reviewed and removed within 24 hours.
